Year 14 and year 12 pupils gathered together yesterday as a year group to focus on study skills and techniques with the Amazing Brains Team. Pupils were taught how to recognise stress and learned some relaxation techniques based on the concept of ‘mindfulness rather than having the mind full from daily distractions and focusing on calm thoughts.
