considering applying for Access Arrangements or Special
Circumstances for your child. |

You should consult this policy if, following the Entrance Assessment
you are considering applying Special Circumstances for your child.

If you wish to Register a Claim for Special Circumstances Form SCR should be completed
and returned to the Assessment Centre by 16th December 2011 |

If, having received the Entrance Assessment outcomes you wish to apply for Special Circumstances
Form SC1 should be completed and attached to the Transfer Form along with supporting evidence.
