School Uniform

Each pupil attending the school is required to wear the school uniform. The uniform is to be worn each day (this includes travelling to and from school), on school visits unless the wearing of a uniform would be impractical and by pupils sitting for public examinations.
All pupils should be aware that their personal appearance matters - that they should always be clean, neat and tidy. Pupils have a responsibility to themselves and to the school to maintain a well groomed image. They should be given encouragement and support in this by all teachers and parents at all times.
All items of uniform must be clearly marked with the pupil’s name.

Please ensure that children do not come to school with extravagantly coloured or styled hair.
Occasional fund raising non-uniform days may be held. On these occasions pupils are encouraged to refrain from excessively unusual apparel.
There is a teacher in charge of uniform who has the responsibility of ensuring that the School Policy on uniform is observed by all pupils.
